PEER: Practitioners Expanding Experience and Resources
PEER Scholarships are funded by people — people like you — who are in a position to uplift others. We created the PEER Fund out of the deep belief that the richness and impact of this programming can only be fully realized if we also ensure diverse and equitable cohorts. We are specifically looking to include the perspectives of those committed to its innovative application, and to people whose identities are marginalized.
Current PEER Scholarship Project: MNDFL CERTIFICATION & TRAINING
This 75-hour program was designed by Rev. angel Kyodo williams for pre-qualified practitioners who are looking to incorporate mindfulness meditation into their offerings, or those who would like to deepen their meditation practice through intensive training. Participants in the inaugural session (early 2021), will benefit from the one-time-only co-facilitation by Rev. angel and David Perrin over the entire program.
We are thrilled that MNDFL30 has generously offered funding for 20% of the participants. At the same time, the need for scholarships has far exceeded this provision. We are relying on the PEER Fund to address the economic inequalities that would otherwise prevent the participation of all who are eligible to attend.
